Melissa is a brand strategist and creative director/copy who codifies and operationalizes brand DNA into strategies, playbooks and campaigns that define brands beyond product.

Previously, she helped launch brand consultancy Citizens of Now Here with Sephora’s former head of creative, developing lululemon's first brand book and positioning strategies for Nells Nelson, Bowers & Wilkins and Formation Group Investment.

Most recently, she consulted for Tatcha from 2018-22, creating its first brand book, brand voice guide and brand story team, helping its acquisition by Unilever, to expand to the U.K. and Asia, and become the #1 skincare brand at Sephora.
